Beds were a little hard.

We really enjoyed the property and would not hesitate to return here. the place was fairly clean and modern, had attentive staff with good service. the location was perfectly comfortable, at a short distance from a huge mall. A mall and a big shopping centre were right next door.

front desk staff excellent as always

breakfast terrible, taxi touts outside rude and really make Citidines look cheap, tuk tuk service is very poor, either no one to take you or out of gas etc etc etc...

convenient location with the tuk tuk shuttle service to MRT; friendly, accommodating staff at front desk and Mini Bar.

breakfast could have a better selection; bathroom amenities so scarce. may need to change towels soon.

Great place to stay for a vacation and I'd totally come back. the room had everything I needed and the staff were really helpful and friendly 😊.

Staff were exceptional and food in restaurant was well priced and far above usual hotel fair. I hertily recommend this hotel.

It is a functional small serviced apartment. The location would be good exceot for the building site next door.

The hotel is next to a large building site - on the Sukhumvit side of the hotel a new hotel is being built. Currently they are only a ground and first floor level so there is probably another year of construction. Work starts early morning and finsishes late evening under lights. The noise is constant and loud. If you do want to stay here ask for a room on the north side of the building. I honestly think that they should not be selling rooms on the south side.

This place has a great location in a practical, tidy unit area, with kind and obliging staff.

The security of the hotel is excellent, especially when living with family. The comfort of the studio room with kitchen is excellent. It is near to Makassan station in one side and Asoka station on the other

Safety- The glass wall in the lobby of each of the floor over-looking the ground floor is fixed with gum only and looks very risky especially for kids if anyone tries to look down while leaning on it. Direction- There is no way one can tell which direction nsew you are facing. For Muslim guests especially the west ward direction is very important as it points the holy Kaaba in Mecca, Saudi Arabia for their 5-times mandatory prayers. Comfort- Lot of noise pollution due to construction work on the left side of the hotel. Reward- No extra privilege/recognition to guests if they stayed in Citadines Sukhumvit for 3 times or more. Markets- No Villa Markets near-by (like in Sukhumvit # 11) prayer room- No such common room

The room I booked was nicely equipped and modern, with a great view and utensils provided. the hotel has a very central location near a large mall. - Guests can easily walk to entertainment outlets and convenience stores.
